The breakfast offers a very large variety of things to try. The service staff was welcoming and polite. The location is very good and the beds are comfortable. Overall very good value for money.

The staff were really helpful. Mustafa at the front desk helped us a lot. We had an early morning flight, they moved a few things around and gave us an early check in. The location is extremely convenient, and the whole team was helpful, including a room upgrade to a Nile view. Thanks Mustafa and team Steigenberger for a lovely stay

The location is fantastic and close to everything in downtown. Facilities are great with a pool which is quite enjoyable to relax as Cairo is a busy city. The hotel accepted to have a late check out without additional charges.

The location is great, the staff is useful and helpful and friendly especially the guest relations ladies named Farida (there are two of them) and Mr. Waleed. The restroom had a small piping issue at the beginning but I was amazed how fast they have solved the problem. I also arrived ahead of checkin time without a notice and they were kind enough to check me in.

The location ,,the building is considered recent not very old,,in front of the Egyptian museum and very near to any place in Tahir square for shopping. The staff is amazing starting from the reception,general relationship,the staff in the restaurant and the room service,housekeeping, I was able to do the comparison based in my experience with other hotels,,,the staff is coming in the TOP rank of professionalism. The food is very good,,the room size is ok but the city view to museum friends on the price of the room . You will get the support from the staff of any subject you ask for.
